1. Contact
You can send us an inquiry using our stated e-mail addresses and our general contact form. The personal data that you provide in the context of this request will be stored by us in order to respond to your request. We delete the collected data after the storage is no longer necessary. We restrict the processing if there are legal obligations to retain the data. Data will not be passed on to third parties.
If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes in this data protection declaration. In doing so, we will also state the defined criteria for the storage period.
2. Collection of personal data of visitors to our website
In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO) and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) DS-GVO in conjunction with Art. 32 DS-GVO):

This data with complete, possibly personal IP addresses are stored by us for reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks on our web server. They are anonymized/deleted after seven days at the latest.
3. Use of cookies
In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are placed on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using. They provide the party setting the cookie (in this case, us) with certain information. Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer.

4. User convenience functions
For an optimal presentation of our website (e.g., adaptation to different screen sizes, displayable menu, input control of the contact form) we use techniques such as Javascript and CSS (cascading style sheets). 7. Hosting
We host the contents of our website with the following provider:

The use of Hetzner is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 Para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. The consent can be revoked at any time.
8. Plugins and Tools
Font Awesome (local hosting)
This site uses Font Awesome for the consistent display of fonts. Font Awesome is installed locally. A connection to servers of Fonticons, Inc. does not take place.
